I’ve really enjoyed working with my therapist. She truly listens, understands my concerns, and offers thoughtful, insightful guidance during our sessions. The website was very easy to sign up through and the whole process was smooth from the beginning. I’m grateful for her support and the care she provides.
Completely fraudulent. I booked Keyonne through Rula based on her profile and her clinical background and expertise. The day before my scheduled appointment, I receive a call from a Marty (assuming her intern) who states she’ll be taking over as Keyonne doesn’t see patients anymore. There is NO mention of Marty or any other provider on Keyonne’s profile. What kind of nonsense is that? One of the counselors and counseling experiences I’ve ever had.
Scheduled with Keyonne Spencer through Rula after searching for a provider that appeared to be a good fit for our needs and communication styles. However, instead of her being the one providing services, she assigned the appointment to her intern Felicia. Spencer accepted us as patients and did not inform us or Rula of her decision to pass patients off to a "student intern." Very sketchy, misleading, and unprofessional.
