I was told to bring my car to this location for warranty work. When I arrived to REEDMAN SERVICE I was told nothing could be repaired (received a notice/letter and my car needed this particular repair) someone gave you incorrect information the day before appointment over the phone with GMC/CHEVY warranty representative and REEDMAN SERVICE EMPLOYEE. Isaiah at the parts counter was top notch in helping to find and source parts for my Chevy Avalanche. He was very friendly and accommodating as we located all the parts, nuts and bolts I needed to restore my truck to running status. Would definitely recommend Isaiah as a great customer service individual.

Not a good experience. I went there for an oil change at 7:30. Found out that they open at 8 am on the door it say 7:30. First mistake then I had to wait 2 an a half hours for oil change. Oil Change does not take that long. The waiting room is a mess the carpet is very dirty. A few of the workers are not very nice I guess it is hard to find good workers. My experience at this Service department is not a good one. If it was not so far to go back to the one I bought my car in Bowie Maryland I would have but I now live here in ... read more
