I have been a customer of Spencer Auto Body for over 5 years. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else! They are professional, honest and fair. They are so kind and polite when they did my estimating (both times)! There were no surprises, no hidden fees or "add ons" that can somehow show up later. Their work is excellent, when they are finished, you cannot tell that some idiot hit you! I would not hesitate to refer my family, friends and clients to Spencer Auto Body because I know they will always do a great job.

These Guys and Wendy are a fine example of Professionalism. These guys are sure not to return your vehicle until they have covered and repaired every detail. My car is as good as new and I couldn't be more satisfied. I will highly recommend Spencers of Palm Desert to friends and family.

BEWARE of the Shady Business – Beware! Shady business - got my car back with gas tank on empty (was full when we dropped off). Insurance paid for repairs but George didn't order parts on time so my car was in shop for 8 days -my insurance company told me the usual time is 1 day. I was told by one of the employees that he was sorry about management but the company is having financial problems...which was strange to hear from an employee --- BEWARE This is the type of body shop you hear about but they come across as being toge... read more

Buyer Beware Lies Lies delays...... – I was referred to Spencer's bt a friend SHE thought they were legit. GEORGE told me he would be faster then progressive [2 weeks turned into 7] that he woould be in contact daily w/ insurance [weekly at best] the last straw was today I found out that a tie rod [kindof important] that they claimed they replaced is bent [ naked eye bent] My car had half a tank I got it back on FUMES ran out within 2 blocks . All except the receptionist are BS

Left in the dark – My car was put in the shop on the 3rd of the month and it is now the 15th and i have been told by GEORGE over and over he will call me back, i also just drove to the office, but he was on lunch and the receptionist took my info and said he would return my call immediately. still haven't heard from them. I would not recommend them to anyone, they treat you like a paycheck, no communication until they need a signature or more money.
