Unfortunately zero isn’t an option. This agency has no semblance of ethics and commits regular violations. Agents Caitlin and Leilani (assumingely at the direction of Brokers Tiffany/Daniel Spence), both lied repeatedly to a potential renter, made false promises and guarantees, did not communicate, and then rented the home from under them 5 days before signing a lease, causing a family of 6 to be homeless.
