I usually forget to leave reviews but I'm so happy with the service they provided. Steve arrived quickly and fixed an issue with my heat and also a spark issue since on my AC. I'll definitely be calling them for any other issues. I'm so glad the previous homeowner left their magnet with the phone number the unit.
Steve and Libby are AMAZING! I was notorious for having HVAC issues for whatever reason but my brother recommended Spence Heating & Air and I have not turned back since. I will not call another company for an HVAC issue because I trust Spence so much. They have rescued me and my family on numerous occasions. These folks have been taking care of my HVAC issues since 1982. We see Steve at least once or twice every year. Two years ago he installed a mini split on our porch, which made it a true year-round room. He has always been honest and fair in all our dealings and i highly recommend Mr. Spence.
Steve and his team are fast and reliable. They take care of my primary property and all my investment homes. He’s the best in Atlanta and trust me I’ve kissed some frogs. He’s always been up front and honest about his assessment and he always stands by his work. I recommend he and his team to everyone I can.
