My ac unit stopped cooling this past Friday morning. Called Spence H & A. Libby was super nice and helpful. My unit is extremely old so I expected the worst. Libby had someone at my house by 3pm and he found my fan motor had gone out. Tech had a fan motor with him and repairs were completed and house was cooling by 5pm. Steve did my husband’s heating and air when he was in the building business, and has done all our personal heating and air. He is excellent, and as busy as he always is, he takes wonderful care of his customers! I would definitely give him the highest recommendation there is!!
