I’m quite disappointed with my experience with Spence Diamonds. My fiancé and I purchased an engagement ring around 9k back in 2023. We were dealing with Jordan whom in the beginning was great! However, I recently got it appraised and was shocked to find out the value of my ring was only $3,500. I decided to contact Spence to discuss my concerns, but I was let down yet again. The team at Spence worked together to make our experience special. Ana Jane listened to our story, our preferences and made a quick suggestion for a diamond to replace the lost one from my wife’s ring. As soon as she saw it, she the “it’s the one” reaction and began to cry! It’s been fitted and looks amazing.
