I’ve been to other jewelry stores before to look at engagement rings, and the experiences could not compare to the service we received at Spence. Spent $5,000 on a ring here but clearly that isn't enough to deserve customer service. Full story. I bought my wife's engagement ring here and it was a $5,000 ring. They have a lifetime warranty that you have to have it checked annually to maintain the warranty as stones could be coming loose and such. After a couple pregnancies my wife wasn't wearing her ring for over 2 years as it didn't fit her anymore. Kaitlyn did an incredible job educating me on diamonds. She walked me through the whole store to ensure I had exactly the type of ring and size I wanted. She found rings in the back that I could try on and kept cleaning the diamonds over and over to ensure I saw the perfect one. Her knowledge on diamonds is incredible and I don’t know anyone else that has been so thorough and dedicated to showcasing the knowledge of diamonds! Thank you Kaitlyn!
