I was disappointed to learn that Spence only deals with its own diamonds and rings and would not consider working with jewelry purchased from another jeweller. I understand that a company may choose to restrict the jewelry it services or modifies. My concern is that I could not find this restriction clearly stated on Spence’s current website. If the website or advertising had plainly explained that Spence does not work with diamonds or rings purchased elsewhere, I would have known what to expect before visiting. This was par... read more
