I was there for 12 minutes with my wife this morning as she had her rings cleaned. I found a pair of earrings but there were no sales people available, even though my wife and I were the only people in the store. There was even one man who came out of the back room, made eye contact with me and continued up to the front. We left, after they returned her rings. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a jewelry store. I lost my diamond ring and needed a quote for my insurance company and also a chance to rate the store as I was obviously going to purchase in the next couple of weeks. The “Diamond expert “ greeted me, belittled me and my husband and said that she would get back to me with a quote in 1 week!!!! EVERY store that I interviewed were polite helpful and gave me a quote within minutes. NOT SPENCe! Will never purchase a ring with them
