The homes are not built with much craftsmanship. Mirrors and countertops were chipped, our shower was stained with blue dye, the hardwood floors had scratches & gauges when we did our final walkthrough before closing. The cleaning of the house was completely inadequate as there were mounds of drywall dust on the shelves and baseboards as well as drywall plaster or paint on the carpets.
