I took my brand new 2025 jeep to spelmer where I bought it from to get some warranty work done, I have nothing good to say, instead of working the issues they tried to pass the buck on to me!! I gave them my jeep with five matching winter tires to get my tires balanced to get my jeep back with four matching tires and one odd tire that did not match, I brought this to their attention and they said 100% I did not bring in 5 matching tires, I must have only bought 4 tires. Great people. Fast friendly service.
I made a special trip to the service department on Monday to ask a question about my car. The guy behind the desk couldn't answer it. so I left my name and phone number with him, and asked for someone to look into it for me. Nobody did by Wednesday night, so I emailed them, explained the situation again, and asked for a reply. We are now at Thursday evening, they're closed, and I still don't have an answer. I won't be wasting any more of my time with them now.
