Great people. Fast friendly service.
I made a special trip to the service department on Monday to ask a question about my car. The guy behind the desk couldn't answer it. so I left my name and phone number with him, and asked for someone to look into it for me. Nobody did by Wednesday night, so I emailed them, explained the situation again, and asked for a reply. We are now at Thursday evening, they're closed, and I still don't have an answer. I won't be wasting any more of my time with them now.
Service visits are painless , friendly , efficient , and honest. There was a minor hiccup after I had the fluids changed in my differentials. I had to take the car back a few days later , because things weren’t quite right. Despite not having called ahead for an appointment, they took my Wrangler in right away , and within half an hour I was back on the road.
