I brought my Wrangler to this Jeep dealership because I was struggling to install a soft top that came from the previous owner. I only wanted them to determine whether it was broken or missing parts. They insisted the hard top had to be removed and the soft top installed to assess it. At the end of the day, I was told the soft top was “a mess,” missing many parts, and had taken the technician a very long time. I was also told my hard top would not fit inside the Jeep. We cannot express how impressive the service team is, especially Angela going way above and beyond. Having had a major failure on the 401, we reached out to the closest dealership and was immediately met with a knowledgeable and calm demeanor in Angela.
