Management response to tenant concerns is left in limbo and ignored, property is ran like a correctional facility, and there is no privacy in living at Spellman House which house majority of seniors. HUD pays subsidies in apartments that lack energy efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Spellman House management is unprofessional and try regulating guest.
