It was such a pleasure stumbling upon Earl and his store. Just a sweet honest jeweler who’s looking to share his gift and earn an income for his family from it. He is an incredible knowledge of the industry, and makes you feel incredibly comfortable reviewing all of your options. Without worry, you’re being taken advantage of. I have had a clap that has been broken for months or I’ll fix it on the spot and had me out of there in about 30 minutes . Will definitely be going back to spellbound!
Earl, the owner of this business, is a true mensch. There are few people as kind, honorable, and professional as him. I came in to get some watch bands adjusted, and he came to my assistance right away. Not only was he attentive and an expert in his trade, but he also gave me advice based on his own personal experiences. I left with my watch bands adjusted perfectly and a new friend. It was a pleasure getting to know him and I highly recommend coming here if you ever need any of the services he provides.
I've been going to only Earl for 10 years and that speaks volumes! I would not go to another jeweler. He's honest, friendly and knows his stuff. I was getting ripped off at another jeweler in town when I wanted a second opinion on changing my watch battery. He was so accommodating. Nicest guy, great service and will tell you what's what without trying to nickel and dime.
Earl, you have owed me money since May of 2024- you have since blocked my number and posted a negative review on my business. Pay your bill and delete your review. As it stands now, you are not trustworthy and in a business where things fly on a handshake you have shown your character as such. Wholesalers beware! EARL DOESN'T PAY!
I am a wholesale dealer, Earl has owed me over $1000 since May and cannot be reached or contacted to pay his bill. Call me!
