Deceptive website and subpar customer service. We signed up for discount code on website and it clearly stated that "discount will be automatically provided at checkout", and it was not. When emailed customer support they indicated they could not do an after-the-fact partial refund and refused to escalate to manager.

I was spending $1200-plus annually with this company for more than two years. Enjoyed their subscriptions (until they changed them) and cannot tolerate their rewards program. You would think a company of this size could prioritize their rewards program. It's difficult to redeem and as a top level subscriber, I would think their expirations policies would be more liberal. It is 2023. The shipping should not take as long as it does. Its been over 8 days and still no shipping confirmation. I could have driven and picked it up by now. I live 1 state over in **********. Dont buy directly from them buy from other retailers if you want to buy spellbinders products. I personally will not be purchasing anymore of their items!!!!

Impossible to speak with these folks. Leave a message, no return call. Send an email, no reply. Have been trying to cancel a subscription for 6 months. At first kits were great, then they started including inferior products and just no overall value could be found in them. No success cancelling the monthly shipment (or billing).. Log into their web site, it says I have zero subscriptions, but still get billed every month.

TERRIBLE customer service! Actually, there really isnt any customer service. Very quick to take your money, VERY slow to get your order to you. My last order was processed on the 6th of September, I FINALLY received it mid October!

Spellbinders is a TERRIBLE business to buy from. Customer Service is a joke, and each time you speak with a representative, they lie and give you the runaround. Please don’t do business with this company! They take your money and don’t deliver the merchandise. They’re quick to remind you of their no refund policy, but don’t deliver on any merchandise. I don’t recommend this company.

I was a member of their monthly club for many years. One month my club envelope arrived empty of product. When I contacted customer service I was told to file a complaint with the postal service. I was not the customer of this transaction - spellbinders was the only one with the power to file a claim. I continued to get nothing from customer service for weeks.
