Dr. K is an exceptional optometrist! Friendly, professional, and thorough, she takes the time to explain everything and make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. Highly recommend her for anyone in need of eye care!
Dr. Kim is extremely unprofessional - she rushed through my first appointment and ignored the additional information and context I provided about my astigmatism, which ultimately resulted in a very clearly incorrect prescription. When I went in for a recheck she rushed even more quickly through the second appointment, blamed me for not providing said previously mentioned context and information, and ultimately told me she had done everything correct and any issues were on my end, not hers. Dr. Kim is a wonderful Optometrist. She is friendly, professional, and competent. Their office is always clean, staff is friendly, and Dr. Kim is always on time. I have been a patient for years and really appreciate this practice.
