I wish more companies were this good. I had sent an order to this company for some sunglasses. When the order arrived, It was not what I thought that I had ordered. The first thing I noticed when I called their customer service department was that a Real person answered the phone. Not an answering machine. That in itself is a great surprise. I uploaded a copy of my recent prescription (1 week) that has not changed in 18 years for lenses. Only to have the technician say, "oh its recent you should get your eyes checked and get another prescription." They will not exchange or sell another set made with a lower center. After spending $310 and 2 months later I have expensive lenses cut wrong and bulge out the frames(unusable). Speert is the #1 website for readers and completely disregard prescription lenses.
