Waited over 30 minutes on a Saturday morning (after 8:30am) for service but no one showed up. They do not follow their posted opening times. Don’t waste your time here, go to Alameda Smog by High St instead.
Was recommended by somebody who has a similar vehicle, but larger engine size. I came by on a Thursday and they were already closing 30 mins before posted closing time. The guy was very dismissive, saying the machine they use for my type of vehicle was broken and he didn't know when it would be fixed, find somebody else. I asked for clarification, since he didn't get a close enough look to know whether it was the diesel or gas engine. Guess he didn't want my money.
The guy took care of me.in tops 20 minutes and was funny and attentive
Same day service , in and out under 30 min. Tricky parking lot entrance at 4pm on park st but otherwise very convenient.
Bring the coupon. Fast, knowledgeable service. I go here all the time.
