My neighbor had work done 2022. Plumber did not replace a pipe right which caused flooding and it ruined some of my property! Called to ask about them filing the damage with their insurance company since I have valid proof it was the result of their workmanship. And mine and my neighbors insurance both denied claims bc they have proof it was the plumbers fault.. hence they will not approve our claims! I keep getting excuses and oh he will call you back. Only gave one star because I couldn't give them zero, very unprofessional company had a guy come down to my basement to unclog my drain walk through sewage water walked right up through my house instead of walking out through my basement door like I had asked not even 2 Days Later my pipe is clogged back up called the company they told me it was my problem because it didn't clog up right away when the guy that was here he ran a snake down through my floor drain didn't even run it down through the clean out what you're actual... read more
Use someone else. Had a water pressure tank replaced, slow leaks from multiple fittings. They blame me for their shoddy work because I pulled some of my flooring back to keep it from being ruined from their leaky work. Had to have another company come repair their work because they refused to return calls or come back and fix. The plumber who fixed said one fitting no Teflon tape and the other fittings were leaking because they were lazy and just cut off the old fittings pulled the pipes to reach and glued new ones in which ... read more
