Very grateful for Speedy! Rafael and Susie coordinated the work. Jesus explained what was happening at each stage. They were extra busy but communicated well, as such I had to pester them to ensure the next step was moving forward. We had a couple times where our schedules were a not aligned, but I was able to reach Rafael who responded over the weekend to provide estimates very quickly for same day co-trustee approval. The office staff are also great and called immediately after I realized I made a payment error.

We had a water leakage damage. We called Speedy Restoration Inc. Next day early in the morning Elias the Project Manager came by to assess the damage and quickly started with the mitigation process and the repairs. Elias! Thank you so much for walking me through the insurance claim and how to deal with it. Highly recommend Elias! and Speedy Restoration Inc !

I hired Speedy Restoration Inc. for mold remediation and repairs including drywall, painting, and flooring. While the actual workers were excellent—skilled, courteous, and efficient—the experience with the contractor representative, Suzi, was deeply frustrating.
