Poor communication and follow up, unable to follow simple instructions for service
The service was the best, showed up on time, handled business, emptying out our septic, ran into an issue and fixed it. All within a half hour. Very reasonable and friendly. Rudy and his coworker deserve the highest ratings,, will definitely call on them for our future services. Thank you very much Rudy!!!
Rip off, only pumped our solids tank and not the fluids tank and charged full price. Rudy has a reputation for scamming clients.
