I love this place! It's the people who make it the best! Fast,friendly and efficient. All of the employees are are so kind and fun to chat with while I drop off and pick up mail. As a small business owner it is a huge relief to know that my packages are safe and with people who care!
Everyone, that works at Speedy Pack and Ship, is very professional, helpful, caring, and kind. I am always greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost respect. I would never use another business for my shipping needs and highly recommend Speedy Pack and Ship to anyone that has any shipping / mail needs.
They were very helpful with my trying to track a priority mail shipment that the post office lost. I haven't been able to find the shipment yet, but the manager Sean was very helpful with giving me some tips on tracking and for future shipments.
Love, love, love the customer service here! I came in today with items to ship to my momma and the staff packed it up for me, smiling the whole time. This was no easy task! The items that I shipped were weird sizes, but they took the time to pack it in a box that saved me money and worked together as a team to get it wrapped up and get it on its way. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY STRESSED OUT HEART!!!
