Placed an order on July 15th with them. It is now July 23 and no tracking information. I spoke with Luke, he said he would look into it and call back. An hour later left a message for him to call me back. After 2 hours called back and spoke with a lady who said my order was shipped yesterday, ok and she would email the tracking info. 4 hours late no email and call back from Luke.
