I have only been here twice and this is the second time they didn’t tighten my drain plug after an oil change, which is a serious mistake that could’ve caused major damage to my engine. Prices are very inconsistent and shady and the lack of attention to something as basic as tightening a drain plug is concerning. Does this happen to everyone that goes here or is it just a coincidence that it happened to me both times???
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. UPDATE: I've continued going there and they continue to exceed expectations!!
These guys were amazing! My car was leaking oil due to a bad oil change the day prior and these gentleman took their time to repair the issue and went above & beyond to go to the local AutoZone and buy my specific brand of oil. Life savers today!
