Went in for a quick oil change around 9 AM today super convenient and fast like usual. But I asked for the $30 basic oil change and ended up being charged $50. The guy said it was because last time the computer showed I got synthetic, even though I specifically said I just wanted the simple one. Good thing I had exactly $50 cash on me. Next time I’ll definitely double-check before they start because I had to save money just to get an oil change this month. That is also part of my gas money.
I have been coming here for a few years and hadn't had any issues until recently. I went in for a Synthetic Blend Oil Change and figured out that I was overcharged. I called and ended up speaking to the owners son about it. He was very polite and reasonable. He looked into it said he knew by the amount that I was charged, it was for a Full Synthetic Oil Change and Service. Went for an oil change and they never refilled the oil so now I have over heating problems ever since, if you have no other choice to come here I'd check oil level before leaving, has happened to others too
Speedy once in, was first in line and supposed to open at 9, took the inspection vehicle in first while my self and 3 others waited for an oil change so why put open at 9 if I sit here past 10 when I was first in line Guess have to ad to this review, once again I'm the idiot for returning, last car broke my skid plate and was hanging off car, know if others that have leaks.
