We have ordered from them many times and it has only been excellent. Today our food was almost cold when we received it. Normally it is carried in a insulated bag but today plastic bag only. Cold food for the price is not acceptable

Today was my first time ordering, being new to the area this really helped me try some local places! there was a hiccup where the restaurant I ordered from was not open. However the owner called me and explained the situation and I was able to put in an order for a different restaurant with almost the exact same food items. He even honored my coupon code! Although the food arrival took quite awhile it was made up for in spades by great customer service! Thanks speedy grubs!

Unfortunately when you placed the order online you put in the wrong address and our drivers cannot guess apartments that would require them essentially knocking on ever door in your apartment complex and inconveniencing the residents who live there...we did however try to reach out to you via phone and email which is our policy and any policy for any delivery service to reach out to the customer to get correct address and when we couldnt reach you the driver decided to stay way longer then the time we usually allow in order ... read more
