Ordered food which was to be an hour wait time to be delivered. An hour later i receive a call thinking they are outside. The guy tells me they havent even placed my order because all of the restaurants are supposedly backed up, if that even makes sense. He procedes to ask me if i still want my food. So you didn't even think to call way AHEAD OF TIME to let me know the food would be late and im pregnant. They didnt even offer a discount. Horrible service. If i could rate a 0star they'd get that.
