Horrible experience. I took my minivan to Speedy Auto Glass on 120 Russett Avenue, Oshawa to have the windshield replaced. The new windshield looked great but my side sliding door was perfectly functional when I dipped my vehicle off. Three hours later when I returned to pick up my vehicle the sliding door behind the driver’s seat was broken. Manager, Duncan, was informed. It’s unfortunate I am writing a negative review as the manager at this location was amazing . but unfortunately , I spoke with him too late . Their customer service rep was horrible! I spoke with her for over 3 weeks while she gave me the run around .. the first call she advised she needs to look into when she could get the new windshield. When she called me back she stated 7-10 business days . We called on Thursday to inquire about the Tag System. The young man said someone will call us back. No one did. We called 6 days later. A woman said she was busy and will call back in 30 min as she was busy at the moment. She did not.
Stephanie is great. The technicians are top notch. Highly recommend for any windshield replacement or repairs.
