Friendly and very informative
Your service tech and the person behind the counter were both very informed and quite helpful. I felt taken care of and would have no problems recommending this store. Fyi, this was a return visit for me because of exactly the same reasons.
I got a horrible chip on the 401 the other day that within the afternoon cracked all the way across. The manager (Mr. Ford), was courteous and helpful. Ordered my replacement quickly. The shop staff did a great job and we're also very polite. Good experience all around. They also offered a hydrophobic coating which I highly recommend that lasts longer than rainex.
I had an excellent experience with Speedy Glass when my windshield was unexpectedly damaged and needed urgent attention. They were able to get me in right away, which relieved a lot of stress, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
