Great service, great job. The team asked good questions to make sure they got the right windshield for my vehicle; they let me drop off my vehicle early so that I could pick it up earlier; and they did a flawless job with the windshield replacement. They even put my dashcam, rearview mirror, 407 ETR transponder, and oil change stickers back exactly where they were on my old windshield. Was extremely satisfied with the service and the work done to my Car. The staff worked really efficiently by finishing my Car within an earlier time frame than anticipated.
Extremely disappointing experience at Speedy Glass Markham. I called on Saturday to book a Tag installation appointment for Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. I specifically asked if I would receive a confirmation text or email and was told no confirmation would be sent. I arrived on time Tuesday. Staff checked me in, took my payment, and moved my car into the service bay.
