I chose Speedy Glass because the pricing was very competitive compared to other places I checked. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff, Wayne (or Wing), was very disappointing. I was unable to provide my insurance policy number immediately, and instead of trying to help find a solution, he told me that the technician was going home soon and seemed to push toward cancelling my appointment.
