Worst customer service experience ever. Front desk person is not honest in my opinion. Didn't order the right windshield at first either. I won't ever be back.

A seamless, efficient process from start to finish: I made my claim online and insurance company directed me to Speedy Glass in Kingston and a couple of other places. I was able to continue online to book my appointment. It was confirmed immediately and then I received a call on Monday morning asking for my insurance details.
