The guys on counter are amazingly committed to good old-fashioned customer service and communication; always polite, and helpful. The service was prompt!
They cleaned my car above and beyond after they were done, excellent service. The front desk representative was helpful, courteous and efficient
Nope, did not like. They replaced the windshield, wrong windshield. The windshield is connected to the proximity alert cameras, and it wasn't working, and one other issue. I had to come back a second time, they installed a different one. But more than that, their receptionist, the one that sounds nice and professional on the phone, had a different attitude in person, both times. It made me feel belittled.
