I purchased a used vehicle that had the Tag tracking system already installed. The vehicle had Tag etched on the windows. I did not purchase directly from the previous owner but from a used car dealer. When I called Kingston Speedy, they told me I only had 2 options available to me. I could get the original owner to transfer the system to me (not possible) or buy the system outright - even though the car already had it installed! Excellent experience. I had an appointment booked for a Monday. I received a call on Thursday before saying the replacement window had arrived early and he offered me an earlier appointment... which in this world of no customer service was amazing! Couldn't come early but still....I arrived for my appointment... the agent was super friendly, polite and professional. The job was done much sooner than expected. I have to say....and I don't often... Excellent Customer Service!
