Speedy Glass Milwaukie was fantastic to work with. Safelite had just turned me away over a hood latch issue, and when Speedy looked at the car, they noticed a dent along my roofline at the windshield. Instead of just turning me away too, their communication was top-notch and they immediately helped me find another shop that could actually take the job same day. Really appreciate an honest team that goes out of their way to solve the problem and take care of customers.
Both Josh and Tanner were awesome to work with. Josh helped with a price match, communicated in a timely manner and was able to schedule my repair after work at my home. Tanner did a great job installing the windshield and was professional.
Josh and Tanner were amazing. Through multiple scheduling issues (Though no fault of theirs) I have a beautiful new windshield. They were polite, apologetic and accommodating. I recommend a review of the call center protocols and practices to avoid this kind of scheduling problems.
Went here because my window was off track and wouldn't close, Keenan immediately helped me and looked at my window, about 30 minutes later I was leaving with a fixed window that closed perfectly thanks to the help from Keenan and Josh. Impressed by the quick service even though I didn't have an appointment, thanks Keenan and Josh
Great service, friendly and helpful staff.
