Josh and Tanner were amazing. Through multiple scheduling issues (Though no fault of theirs) I have a beautiful new windshield. They were polite, apologetic and accommodating. I recommend a review of the call center protocols and practices to avoid this kind of scheduling problems.
Went here because my window was off track and wouldn't close, Keenan immediately helped me and looked at my window, about 30 minutes later I was leaving with a fixed window that closed perfectly thanks to the help from Keenan and Josh. Impressed by the quick service even though I didn't have an appointment, thanks Keenan and Josh
Great service, friendly and helpful staff.
I had a smashed back window and they took care of me for $100 cheaper than what I was quoted at safelite. It was done in the same day in 30 minutes!
