Thank you for a great appointment. I had a small chip on my front windshield and I made an appointment to get it repaired. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the technician (owner?) took a look and told me it was an old chip that had already been repaired. So, no repair needed. Thank you for your honesty and courteous service. I know where I will go if a glass replacement/repair becomes necessary. I highly recommend this business. Connie eggins
