Lady at the service desk talked down at me as is I was a child, and since I wasn't there for a mothering service it was not appreciated. Shame, because the Tech was super nice, if he was at the desk I would have left a 5.
We were so politely and happily received that we could only be as polite and friendly as she was. 👏
What amazing customer service! On our way up north our window ended up getting stuck inside the car door. We happened to stop in here to see if they could help us out. We definitely picked the right place to stop for help. Catherine said just give us a second and someone will be right out to have a look. Not only did Jack come out but he fixed it up in no time and when I purchased a wiper blade he helped put that on as well!!!
