Great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and the windshield replacement was quick and seamless. Highly recommend!

We had a water leak I thought was my windshield. Speedy manager checked my windshield and determined the windshield was ok but the drain for the sunroof was plugged. He had a tech unplug the drain. When I asked how much I could pay. The manager said we’re good. Customer service is alive and well. I will keep going to Speedy in Bothell for my windshield needs.
First, the service itself was great. My glass was installed quickly and very well and the associates were super. My complaint is regarding insurance handling. I was assured that Speedy Glass was a Safelite affiliate (they even persuaded me to cancel my Safelite appointment because they could get me in sooner) and my insurance would be fully accepted (minus my deductible), however they could not get my claim taken care of at the time of service (a lot of that was Geico's fault and not theirs), so I ended up paying out of pock... read more
