I have used speedy a couple times They have always been quick to get appointments and fast service while your getting your window done
These people have no idea about customer service or have respect for customers or their time after taking all the info on the car and the windshield they made me make the trip twice just to be told that they don't have the windshield and then instead of apologizing the bald guy/ manager acted like its the customers fault and he could not care less very bad attitude I would never go there again
GEICO referred me to safelite glass and they wanted to replace my entire windshield for a run and 4 chips in areas that weren't in my view. I would have paid 400 out of pocket. Safelite told me to try Speedy Glass. Soooo glad I did! They got me in right away and saved my windshield! Nothing out of pocket. Done in 45 min! Highly recommend Speedy Glass.
I live in Tacoma and work in Seattle. These guys came early so I could get to work. My appointment was at 8am. They opened at 740 and started o my car.
Was traveling through and got a crack in my windshield. They didn't have my replacement in stock and had to order it. I arrived to get my new windshield put in and they didn't order it.
