I went to speedy autoglass to replace my car window, but they left some screwdriver marks on the upolstery of the car. When they finished, the doorlock did not work and they had to work on it to fix it. We found broken parts of the door inside the car. They had mangled the screws, lost parts of the door and and in general did a sloppy job. It was not speedy either. The window makes a weird noise when we open it now. I would not be so upset if they had not charged 240$ and had not been so careless with the inside of the car. ... read more
Poor customer service, and rude. Was running late, called ahead. Arrived 10 minutes late and they refused to repair my windshield. Dont waste your time.
they came out as soon as we got there and within 15 minutes we were ready to go. Courteous, fast and very professional. Very reasonable price as we bypassed our insurance.

The folks at the Eagle River Speedy Glass location went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me taken care of when my driver's side window completely shattered while driving down the highway! I was scared and frustrated, but they had me come by immediately after the incident and arranged to take care of me first thing in the morning!
