Terrible experience paid full price for a floor model the pillows are ripped the ones zipper don’t close shut we we’re originally supposed to just get a new one shipped in they said 2 weeks we waited 3 had no couch came yet so they gave us the floor model without telling us there was problem and not giving us a discount for a used couch. Terrible place 100% do not recommend they are a scam
