They were able to get to my issue quickly, the receptionist very professional and Curties. The work performed was great but $450 to hardwire a water heater is overpriced.
Our smoke detectors are hard wired. All of a sudden, but started beeping and would not stop. Removed them and called Speedy. They came out the next day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Great professonalism.
I didn’t realize that their work was on a fixed price basis. I received an estimate and after work began additional things needed to be Done. The initial amount was cancelled and a new one formulated. In hindsight this is not how fixed price contracts work. Would have really wanted a simple time and materials contract.
