First bay was not accepting payment once I got up to my turn and got thru the screens. Cancelled transaction and tried again. Went to another bay and was able to proceed. Wash was not as described and expensive for what I ended up getting.
Very outdated payment system. Half the time it doesn't work. Monthly passes you only can pay with credit card or debit. I'm all about keeping the small guy open but very frustrating when I want my car washed and simply want to pay with cash and it doesn't work. I refuse to go to Tommy's because all they do is wreck cars . Word of advice update your payment system.
