I wish I read the google reviews before booking them. I just went on the reviews from their website.. which now seems to be completely made up. I paid $520 for a job and was left with a puddle of water in my house and stains still on the carpet and couch. If i could give zero stars I would! The following is how they "fixed" my carpet. They charged me $450 cash for a subby to come in. I asked for someone to be sent again, to fix their terrible job and I should not have to pay for that. They sent an amazing subby to actually fix the carpet but I was charged ANOTHER $450. Upon trying to contact the owner, he would not answer the calls or messages that I sent. Absolutely horrible service. Quoted me $150, charged me $280 and refused to leave my house until I paid. Looks like a primary school kid cut and pasted carpet. I said exactly how big the measurement was I needed replaced, said I had my own carpet spare and they charged me $280 and are refusing to refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
