Paid for "good" wash, got basic. Returned to entrance to let them know we were given the wrong wash. Attendant said we should have mentioned it when going thru, but at that point it was too late. He said he would let us go thru again, but then didnt authorize the rewash as we waited and waited at the pay station. WTH? WHAT A RIP OFF! Great prices. Friendly employees, great pre-wash prep. Brushes are soft cloth, and they have free vacuums. Drying leaves a bit to be desired, but to be fair so do most carwashes.
Winter's coming.It would really be nice if you guys are open later.It's nice to get all of the ice and the snow off of the car before pulling it into the garage for the night. You're not really open that late.None of your locations are keeping one of them open would do nothing but benefit the customers. Also, since they are all owned by the same person, it would be nice.If we could pick and choose what car wash, we wanted to go to without starting and stopping our monthly passes

For $8.00 this is the BEST car wash we have ever been to!! The employees went over and above our expectations and the car wash was amazing for $8.00!!! We are from out of state and tow our car behind our Motorhome, after going through heavy rain on the way here we just needed a quick wash, and to our surprise we didn't have to pay $15.00 to $20.00!
