Brought my Mazda 5 in for an O2 sensor issue May 9. I had parked about 15 feet in front of the service bay, didn't see any parking signage. Left my keys with a great staff member inside. Outside the owner Mike without introduction or courtesy, abruptly demanded to know where my keys were and criticized where I parked. He then drove my vehicle aggressively - reversing over a leftover obstruction or surface irregularity into rocks, and braking inches from the sign. After going to 4 different places to have a flat tire fixed they took me in within minutes. Fixed it and didn't charge me for the service as the problem was the valve. Amazing experience! Thanks guys!
First and only time I'll use the services of this place. On the higher end for price. The owner Mark is pretty abrasive. Spoke to me in a manner that made it clear my business wasn't wanted. Unfortunate because the employee I spoke to on the phone, and greeted me in the office was great. 2 stars for being Speedy though.
Facts: I was recently looking to perform some manufacturer recommended servicing on my car. I sent Speedy an email with the list of services required and requested a quote. Among this list was an oil change, replace engine filter, replace climate control air filter, and a variety of inspections. I received the quote and decided to book with Speedy for the work. Upon completion of the work, the bill was $103 more than the quote. I asked why and it was due to the cost of the filters. This brought the price of the services high... read more

They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and had me in and out in no time.
