Poor customer service. We parked outside while inquiring about service, and a staff member approached us aggressively and spoke rudely about where we parked. Very disappointing experience.
Today June 12th 2026, I visited them for the oil change and the filter change in the morning and they told me for the $63+taxes for the regular one that's worth for 5000 kilometers I agree with them and when it's about to pay the charge me $83 and they added the hidden charges, that never told me in the beginning, I feel this place is using cheap oil and consuming your time, don't come to this shitty place. They are cheap and expensive and don't know about customer service.

I met an extremely rude personnel at the front desk at your Kingsway Sudbury office today being the 11th May 2026, upon reaching the front at 08:15am before my 08:30am appointment and I had to cancel my appointment immediately as I do not trust the attitude nor posture to professionalism. He claimed to be the manager and was rude and shouting when asked a question. I have never seen such response to a customer and possibly a red flag as regards managing customers and service delivery.
