Drove in with brakes grinding, dropped off the car, went for breakfast, received a text it was finished, picked it up! Very happy!
Incredibly fast and friendly service. I was worried about how long my windshield repair would take considering I had to occupy two toddlers. After a short walk my car was ready for adventures again.
Called and told them I have the brake parts and just need them changed and I was told they don’t do it and got hung up on in seconds with no good customer service and lack of communication when on their building it says “brakes” just want to up charge people for parts unfortunately
We have gone to speedy about (4) times now with our 2014 Subaru Outback and these guys have been nothing but AWESOME! Literally their name describes the service... SPEEDY! Went in today because our car threw a few codes that went away and within the hour they called me and said it was just the battery issue. Got it swapped in just a couple hours and went to pick it up. After picking it up it was bogging down but when I went back they just mentioned that I needed to drive it around for the car to re-learn how to drive and BAM... read more
