I’m disappointed with the accuracy of this shop’s pre-purchase inspection on my vehicle. The report stated that the A/C was not working, even though it has never had any issues. Since it was winter, I was unable to properly demonstrate its cooling performance to the buyer at the time. The report also mentioned that the rear washer was not functioning; however, my vehicle does not have a rear washer feature. As a result of this report, I lost a potential sale. Incredible service at Speedy Auto! I got a near-immediate response after work hours about an issue I was having with my car and got next-day service that completely rectified the problem at an incredibly good price. The owners and employees were all super friendly and I can't recommend them enough for any auto needs you may have. Great experience!
Went there was years when Dirk was the man. 12 years great friendly service. Fair and done honest and on time. Dirk is gone. The place is gone downhill and you get hosed. The owner is running it. No personality, can't understand him. Fake greetings. Can't remember stuff. Avoid at all costs.
I was having problems with my tires loosing air they got me in asap and even after when the problem kept going they took it back in and fixed the problem for free. The costumer service was great at the front desk and the mechanics were friendly as well.
The folks here went about and beyond!! Recommend!
