My battery light came on just as my family and I were on the 401. I pulled into Speedy and the staff immediately assisted me and diagnosed the issue. The owner, Kooban and his staff helped with getting my vehicle repaired in record time and went above and beyond in their customer service. I would highly recommend using Speedy.
I had an appointment around 3 PM for a simple oil change. We arrived exactly on time, and they told us to come back after 45 minutes. They also mentioned they would call as soon as the service was finished. However, after waiting for two hours without receiving any call, we went back to check on the car only to find out that they hadn’t even started the service.
