I needed a tow truck. My Honda care dispatched this company to tow my car. I got a message around 1pm that this company would be towing my car. I waited 1 1/2 hours and no one called or showed up. I decided to call them directly and was told that they were in the area doing other jobs. After 2 hours still no show no call from this company.
