A real sweatshop. Temperatures around 95 even on 2nd shift didn't even supply shop fans. 41yrs in machine shops and never a place this bad. Coolants never changed and coolant reservoirs never cleaned out. Hands started breaking out and peeling after first week. Made it 4 weeks. In that time I seen 4 other people quit. They just keep calling in more temporary workers. Cares more about profits than employees. A very bad experience!!! .
I worked for Randy the first year I lived in Gastonia, NC. Randy is a good honest man who truly believes in honesty, hard work and provide the highest quality of products. We made parts for many different companies and it was truly a blessing to have worked for Randy. To give you an idea of the work and quality: We made many different parts some easier than others but still of the highest quality.
