My husband and I came to SIK for the first time yesterday to attend a special event that Sarah and Andy Fisher were gracious enough to put together for Zoey Wilkinson, 4 year old battling bone cancer. It was so amazing to see them interact with Zoey and their family and help raise money to help them. We had a blast at this event, it was top notch. Great experience, very safe and detailed instructions was given before putting on safety gear, the karts are quick ans easy to operate so I felt in control. I went for lunch afterwards at 1911 grill and enjoyed their delicious burger and fries, the fries were the best, crunchy, not too salty, the burger was very flavorable and tasty, the atmosphere was fantastic, you can see the go-karting while eating lunch and having beer from their great selection of brews. Will go again!!
I was not impressed! The karts were not as fast as I was told. The tickets were printed wrong so we did not know who was in what kart to get our lap times. The track works take their job WAY to serious! I would recommend if you are in the area planning to kart go to Fast times.
