Speedway Indoor Karting is a blast! I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive. I paid $120 for two of us to do 3 rides on the road course track. 25 minutes later - we were done. I'd like to get at least an hours worth of time on the track for that kind of money.
Fun, but expensive. The road course was challenging but not too hard, only one blind spot on the track. The oval is brutal, but a blast!
Did both tracks. Liked them both. May be a wait time. Enjoyed good food while we waited. Looking forward to doing it again soon.
Great experience. The staff was very helpful. My son and I came from Chicago and it was well worth the trip. The facility was pretty crowded but we never waited more then twenty minutes for a race on either the road course or the oval. The only issue we had was with my son who is 12. He is very experienced in karting and also happens tobe big for his age. Because of his age, he had to run the junior karts which he was too big for. That aside, we had fun and will definitely be back.
We went karting for the first time on Monday. We had check availability online before arriving but since they were so busy we had to wait until 5. We went to the 1911 Grill while waiting. It took an hour to get our food. We ordered sandwiches and chips. When we finally got our food, we had lukewarm (possibly microwaved fries) our waitress was awful. We had an absolutely great time. The facility is 1st class and it was well staffed. It would be a fantastic place for a private party, a group, or corporate event.
