Very prompt response! I had a specific time period (working two jobs) of availability to look and drive the car. Tylan Bird was "on it" throughout the process. I gave him specific requirements and he answered promptly and honestly. We had most items except financial worked out via Internet.....and what he stated was accurate and truthful. The Finance/paperwork process went very well. No pressure for upsell items. We walked thru the process and it was easy & thorough.
