Didn't buy the car, but everything was professional.
My husband went in at 7:30am for a simple oil change and it took over 4hrs. When he asked multiple times, they had no idea what the car’s status was and then near the 3hr mark, the mechanic told him that they didn’t know the car’s owner was waiting so they were taking their time. Unacceptable even if someone wasn’t waiting for their car. We paid enough for it to have been done in a timely manner and maybe they should’ve thought to check to see if the customer waited. Bud Undi responded to my email with a couple of hours. It was towards the end of the evening and told me he would confirm how close they can get to my offer. Within 24 hours from my email we walked out new owners. Easy, upfront process and he was very honest. I mostly liked there wasn't any high pressure to sell, we conversed about life and family during wait times for special requests on our sale and loan approval. Thanks Bud!
